Ontario Tenders: how to find Ontario government RFPs
Ontario Tenders is the province’s official solicitation site (Jaggaer). It covers Ontario ministry and many broader public-sector notices. Sidona watches it with CanadaBuys and other boards so you are not logging into Jaggaer every morning.
What you still do on Ontario Tenders
- Create a supplier account on the official Ontario Tenders portal
- Download the solicitation package from the notice
- Watch for amendments on the official page before you submit
- Submit the bid on Ontario Tenders before the closing time
What Ontario Tenders alone does not do
- Show federal CanadaBuys or other provinces in the same inbox
- Match notices to what your company actually delivers
- Answer questions from a long RFP PDF with page citations
- Catch jobs written in different words than a saved keyword alert
