Common Questions
What's the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic is full platform access: every registered Canadian portal, 12-hour sync, KYC-based tender matching and suggestions, Talk to the Tender, compliance extraction, and delta monitoring. Premium (20% more) adds company document uploads. Your certificates, licences and insurance are read to sharpen your matches and flag contracts that need credentials you don't have.
How are my company documents protected?
They're encrypted with a per-document AES-256 key managed in Google Cloud KMS, visible only to your account and team, and never used to train AI models. They're permanently deleted if you remove them, withdraw consent, downgrade to Basic, or your Premium plan ends. See Section 9 of our Terms.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Dashboard → Settings → Manage billing to cancel through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period — no long-term lock-in. You can also switch between Basic and Premium there at any time.
Can I see the platform before subscribing?

What about multi-user teams?

Bid teams share certificates, insurance and pricing context with us. Here is how we protect it.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic to Sidona is protected with TLS, from your browser to our servers.
Encrypted document vault
Premium company documents get their own AES-256 key, wrapped by Google Cloud KMS. No admin screen can open them.
One disclosed AI provider
Matching sends your profile, and on Premium the facts extracted from your documents, to Google Gemini's paid API, whose terms bar training on your data. We don't train models on it either.
Trusted sign-in
Authentication is handled by Clerk, with SSO (SAML) and role-based team access on Enterprise.
Access history you can see
Every upload, download and deletion of a company document is recorded in a history you can view.
Deleted means deleted
Remove a document or end Premium and it is permanently deleted, along with the matches built from it. Its key is destroyed so backups can't be read.
